  • mince - 28.5 oz (800 g) beef, or mixture
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • eggs - 1
  • cheese - cheddar 4 sheets
  • lettuce - 3 sheets
  • tomatoes - 2
  • onions - 1 head
  • for the sauce
  • mayonnaise
  • yogurt - skimmed
  • parsley
  • chives
  • ketchup
  • mustard

How to make

Knead the minced meat with salt, pepper and egg, you can optionally add other seasonings to taste. Shape the mince with wet hands and bake round and flat balls and arrange them in a greased tray.

Put foil initially and bake without it at the end. Beat equal amounts of mayonnaise and yogurt with some crushed parsley and chives. With this sauce, brush tortillas in the middle.
