How to make
Using a cookie cutter, cut a circle in the middle of the slice.
Arrange the slices in a suitable tray lined with baking paper and bake them briefly.
Crack the eggs into the hole of the slice, spray with olive oil and bake until the egg is cooked.
Sprinkle the sandwiches with finely chopped parsley and salt.
