  • white wine - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • parsley - about 1 bunch

How to make

Clean the breams completely and rub them on the outside and inside with lemon. Grease them and put them briefly in a very hot grill pan or grill, so that lines form on the fish from the grill. Put the fish in a bowl and pour the wine in. They are left to sit for 30 minutes.

Put each bream in a piece of greased foil. Fill the fish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs, you can add spices once more along with garlic if desired.
