How to make
Peel the eggplants and boil them gently, drain them and dice them very finely with the cleaned zucchini. Mix the eggplant and zucchini with grated onion, feta cheese, flour, eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the mixture well and with wet hands, shape small meatballs. Roll them in flour and egg and fry them in preheated oil. Serve with fresh salad.
