Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g) ham
  • pork livers - 7 oz (200 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • white wine - 4 teaspoons
  • oil - 8 tablespoons
  • savory
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Fry the chopped meat nuggets in oil. Remove and spread them out in 4 clay pots. Meanwhile, fry the chopped liver in oil and then distribute it in the pots.

The onions are similarly chopped and divided. In each pot, put 1 teaspoon of wine and 1 teaspoon of water, a bit of the spices and salt to taste.

Put the lids on and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
