Ingredients

  • veal - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • chives - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • garlic - 2 heads
  • tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf - 2
  • allspice
  • savory
  • salt

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces and stew it with the onions. Once the onions are soft, add the tomatoes, flour, paprika, bay leaf, allspice, black pepper, savory and salt to taste.

Add wine and water and boil. When the meat is almost ready, add the chives and garlic. Boil the dish finished on low heat and sprinkle it with parsley.
