How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar well and dissolve the baking soda in yoghurt. Sift the flour into a suitable container and in a well in the center, add the eggs, yoghurt and salt. Gradually knead dough. You need to get soft and smooth dough that can be rolled.
Divide it into 2 parts and roll each piece out to a thickness of 2″ (5 cm) and with a sharp knife cut out rectangles or diamonds. Put them to fry in a not-too-hot oil bath in preheated oil, until ready on both sides.
Serve the confectioneries with jam, marmalade, honey, or even feta cheese, as desired.
