Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • breadcrumbs - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • cardamom - 1 tsp
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Clean and slice the potatoes, then put them in a tray. Press the garlic, mix it with the oil and add it to the potatoes.

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the spices and sprinkle this mixture over the potatoes evenly. You can add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water to the tray.

Put the potatoes to bake in a moderate oven.
