Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • sea salt - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • thyme - 1 sprig
  • rosemary - 1 sprig
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves

How to make

Place the washed medium-sized potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Add the unpeeled garlic, rosemary and thyme.

Cap the pot and boil the potatoes on medium heat for 20 minutes, or until ready. Drain off the water and remove the spices.

Sprinkle the potatoes with the sea salt and dry in the pot over high heat, shaking periodically.
