How to make
Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle with the spices. You can also add ones to your liking. Grind the broth with your fingers into dust and sprinkle as well.
Drizzle with soy sauce and oil and mix until the spices are evenly distributed.
Roll each potato in breadcrumbs on all sides.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the potatoes.
Preheat oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and bake for 40 minutes until done.
