Ingredients

  • olive oil - 1 cup, or oil
  • vinegar - 1 cup, balsamic, or apple cider
  • mustard - 2 tablespoons, delicacy
  • soy sauce - 1 cup
  • garlic - 1 clove crushed
  • basil - dry
  • dill - 1/2 chopped bunch
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Press the garlic, chop the dill. Beat the vinegar, olive oil, mustard and soy sauce.

Add the dried spices, dill and garlic. Soak the chopped vegetables in this marinade and leave them in it for at least 1 hour in a cool area.

Drain them a little bit before you throw them on the grill.
