How to make
Knead the minced meat with the savory, the bread soaked in milk and then squeezed, and the grated onion. Shape meatballs, roll them in flour and fry in oil until almost done. For the sauce, stew the other onion and finely chopped garlic in the same oil.
Add the sliced carrots and coarsely diced potatoes. Stir, add the flour, paprika and tomato juice. Then add the meatballs to the sauce and 1 cup of warm water.
Boil until the products soften. If necessary, add more water. When serving, sprinkle with parsley.
