Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • fat
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 1 pack, smoked, melted
  • mustard
  • soy sauce
  • white wine

How to make

Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and stew it in fat, adding a little soy sauce, white wine and finely chopped garlic.

Remove the meat and put the cream, chopped smoked processed cheese, a little mustard in the same pan and stir until homogeneous.

The sauce is poured over the chicken pieces and the dish is served with a side of sautéed potatoes.
