How to make
In a baking tray, place the pre-seasoned and rubbed with salt, paprika and ground pepper pork shanks. The tray is greased with a little oil. Put the tray in the oven in the middle of the grid.
Under it, put another tray, containing water up to the middle, add potato slices, the onion and garlic. Sprinkle the shank with some rosemary tips.
Bake at a temperature no higher than 390°F (200 °C), periodically rotate the shank and baste with the sauce that's released during baking.
Serve with potatoes and vegetables as desired.
