How to make
Cut all the vegetables into pieces. Put the pork shanks in a little oil to fry, add the cleaned chicken hearts, add a glass of red wine and leave it to cook until semi-done.
Finally, add the spices. Put the chopped vegetables and the meat with the hearts in a pot. Top up with another 1 cup of wine and mix with all the spices to taste.
Put the lid on and bake for about 2 hours in a moderate oven.
