How to make
Put the shank to boil until fully cooked, then remove the bones and cut the meat. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onion into crescents.
Heat a little butter in a pan, fry the onion and add the mushrooms along with a little broth from the pork. Let it stew until the mushrooms soften and add black pepper, then salt.
Once softened, add processed cheese, garlic, oregano and basil. Put the pork in with the vegetables and let stew for a few minutes. Serve the dish warm.
