How to make
Cut the meat into large cubes, salt and fry them in the beaten egg and corn flour. Fry until golden in plenty of oil, drain and leave in a warm place. Next, prepare the sauce.
Fry the cleaned and julienned peppers, ginger and finely chopped onion in a little oil.
Mix the vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons corn flour, wine, soya sauce and water, put them to boil and add them to the fried vegetables. Saute the sauce for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
If it's too thick, add a little more water. Pour the sauce over the fried meat and serve the dish warm.
