How to make
Rub the pork chops well with salt and pepper and arrange them in a large oven dish. Sprinkle them with sugar and pour the mixed together olive oil, vinegar, wine, pressed garlic over them.
Shake so that the marinade finds its place between the steaks, cover and leave for 2 hours in a refrigerator.
Put them to bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes in a moderately hot oven, covered with foil. Remove the foil and add the pre-cleaned, sliced and seasoned potatoes.
Add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of hot water and return to bake until the softening of the potatoes.
