How to make
Cut the pork chops into pieces. Season with salt and black pepper. Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or pot on the stove and fry slightly the meat.
Once fried, add the potatoes and mix well.
Add a little more salt and black pepper and cook, while stirring, for about 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the fried pork and potatoes into a baking pan. Sprinkle with paprika and pour the beer and water over them.
Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes. Stir during cooking. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley.
