How to make
The meat is washed and each steak is cut in two.
The sauerkraut is cut.
Place the meat and sauerkraut in the baking pan, sprinkle with paprika, oil and cover with water.
The dish is baked in an oven with a fan at 390°F (200°C), without a fan at 360°F (180°C).
The oven-baked pork chops with sauerkraut are ready.
