How to make
Cut the pork into pieces and put it to fry evenly in the oil. Peel, cut and rinse the potatoes under water.
In a tray, mix the pork and potatoes, season with all the spices, top up with the wine and stir. Add hot water, enough to cover half of the potatoes. Distribute the butter cubes.
Put the pork with potatoes to bake for about 40 minutes in a moderate preheated oven and gently stir them several times.
