"It`s absolutely unbeatable with quince jam"

Ingredients

  • jam - 1 cup, of your choice
  • water - 1 cup cool
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 cup + powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • flour - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 cup
  • walnuts - 1 cup ground

How to make

Dissolve the jam in water. If there are large fruits, cut them into small pieces. Add the jam water and sugar and whip. Add the oil, sieved flour and bake.

Finally, stir the mixture with walnuts and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake form and put it to bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C).

Initially, bake on the bottom element only and then turn on the upper one. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
