Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • yoghurt - 3 tbsp
  • jam - 1 jar, quince
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 1

How to make

Add the baking soda to the jam and stir.

In a separate container, beat the eggs with the sugar, oil, yoghurt and the flour sifted with the baking powder.

Add the jam at the end, pour the mixture into a buttered and floured tray and bake at 360°F (180 °C) until your toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
