How to make
FOR THE BASE:
In a bowl, crush the biscuits finely (you can also use a blender). Melt the butter and add it to them. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the base mixture into a springform pan. Mash it with a spoon to level it out. Leave it in the fridge until you prepare the cream.
FOR THE CREAM:
Beat the cream with a mixer and add the cottage cheese, cream cheese and condensed milk to it. Beat everything well (if it's not sweet enough, you can add powdered sugar to your taste). Pour the finished mixture over the base and spread again with a spoon to make it even. Refrigerate it for 1 hour until it has set.
Add your favorite strawberry jam on top or another and mix well again.
Return the Strawberry Cheesecake to the fridge for another 2 hours and then enjoy!
