How to make
Pour the walnuts and cocoa powder in a blender and grind them well. Add the dates and coconut oil and blend until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Line a tray measuring 10x8″ (25x20 cm) with baking paper on the bottom. Pour the mixture into the tray.
Prepare the ganache by pouring the sweetener (honey, maple syrup or agave), melted coconut oil and cocoa powder into a bowl. Stir until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Spread the mixture evenly on top of the other in the tray, sprinkle it with peanuts or walnuts.
Put the brownie in the refrigerator for 2 hours and cut it into 20 squares.
The No-Bake Brownie with Dates is ready.
