"It`s no accident that the name of this Italian moussaka sounds like a declaration of love - we promise you`ll fall in love with its taste."

Ingredients

  • macaroni - 9 oz (250 g), short ones
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • cream - 4 tbsp
  • rosemary
  • onions - 1 head
  • peppers - 1, roasted
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • mince - 21 oz (600 g)
  • tomatoes - 6
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • parsley - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3
  • nutmeg
  • cheese - 1.5 oz (50 g)

How to make

Sauté the onion and pepper, add the garlic and mince and fry. Add the grated tomatoes and wine and simmer for a bit.

Add the spices. In a baking dish, arrange layers of cooked pasta and the mix of minced meat and sauce. Pour the sauce made from the egg, yoghurt, grated cheese over the dish.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes until it gets a golden tan.
