How to make
In a pot, pour 12 1/2 cups (3 liters) of salted water and the baking soda. Beat until the salt and baking soda melt. Immerse each sheet of phyllo pastry in the resulting liquid. Beat the eggs, yoghurt and crumbled feta cheese.
Melt the butter until it becomes clear and then strain it. Coat a tray thoroughly with butter and put 2 drained phyllo pastry sheets in it. Add the stuffing and 2 more phyllo pastry sheets on it and repeat until out of filling.
Smear the topmost phyllo pastry sheet with plenty of butter. Leave for 30 minutes and put it in a moderately hot oven (340°F (170 °C)) for about 30 minutes.
