How to make
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the flour and salt. Then add milk or water, and beat finished. In a greased pan, pour a ladle of the mixture.
Spread out the pancake in the pan and let it bake. Once it hardens a bit, smear it with a little of the pre-melted butter. Turn it over and bake on the other side.
Prepare the other pancakes in the same way. The ready pancakes are topped with jam and folded. Enjoy!
