How to make
Cut all the vegetables into pieces, the cabbage into strips. Chop all of the celery.
Arrange the vegetables in the jars in layers and press well with your fist. Each jar gets the aforementioned amount of vinegar, salt, sweeteners and aspirin. Fill the jars with boiling water up to the brim.
Close and flip them upside down. For the duration of a week, turn them over each day. In 1 month, they will be ready for consumption.
