How to make
Heat water on the stove and put the chicken hearts in to boil until tender with the bay leaves, then drain them.
Heat butter in a pan (if necessary, add 1 more tablespoon) and pour the chicken hearts in. Allow to sauté, stirring for around 10 minutes.
Finally add the spices, soya sauce and breadcrumbs. Stir briefly and remove from heat. Serve with chopped parsley if desired.
