  • spaghetti - 9 oz (250 g)
  • arugula - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • tomatoes - 9 oz (250 g) cherry or regular
  • parmesan
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • olive oil

How to make

Boil the pasta in salted water. In hot oil, fry the garlic, chopped tomatoes and arugula.

Once everything is fried well, add the pasta, a little more fresh arugula and pour in olive oil.

Mix well and serve with grated parmesan.
