Ingredients

  • white cheese - 7 oz (200 g), any type
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g) in strips
  • peppers - 2 - 3, red and green
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • olive oil

How to make

Cut the white cheese into cubes and pour olive oil over it. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Add 1-2 pinches of basil.

Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them so as to be suitable for placing on skewers. Each cube of marinated cheese is wrapped tightly with bacon on all sides.

Make skewers by alternating a piece of cheese with bacon, peppers, onions, cheese, etc. until you run out of products.

Cook the skewers on a preheated grill until roasted evenly from all sides.
