Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 17.6 oz (500 g)
  • carrots - 2 - 3
  • peppers - 2 - 3 green
  • onions - 1 - 2 heads
  • tomatoes - 1 - 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • pepper - to taste
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • salt - to taste
  • broth - chicken or mushroom
  • eggs - 3

How to make

Clean the livers and put them for 3 minutes in boiling water with some salt. Cut the onion into coarse crescents, dice the carrots, cut the peppers into strips. Mix the tomato paste with water.

Take three clay pots and put the livers in first, then onions, carrots and peppers. Add salt to taste, add a little black pepper and paprika and sprinkle with crushed broth, then pour the tomato paste in.

Place the pots in an unheated oven and let bake at 480°F (250 °C) until ready. Finally, sprinkle each pot with chopped parsley, break an egg into each and return to the oven until tightened.
