How to make
Clean and peel the apples, then grate them on a grater. Add sugar and raisins. Allow the mixture to sit for at least an hour.
Then add the flour, previously mixed with baking powder and chopped walnuts.
At the bottom of an oblong baking dish smeared with butter, spread the dough.
