How to make
Peel the apples, remove the core and seeds. Cut them into pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of water and stew the apples with sugar. Stir until you get an apple mash.
Grate the brown bread finely and fry in the butter. Stir until you get a uniform mixture. Pour into a suitable container.
Top with the apple mash and place in the fridge to set. Decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate, serve chilled.
