Ingredients

  • hemp flour - 5 tbsp.
  • wholemeal flour - 5 tbsp.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • dates - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dried apricots - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vanilla - 1 pc (2 g)
  • raw mix of nuts - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • orange peel - from 1/4 of an orange

How to cook

The oatmeal is ground into flour.

Mix them in a bowl the beaten eggs, the dates, which are finely chopped or also beaten in advance with very little water or one of the eggs, the flour, the nuts and the apricots, cut into large pieces, the grated orange peel and the vanilla.

A very thick mixture is obtained. Form two flat rolls on baking paper.
