  • spinach - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • broccoli - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • rice - 1 cup
  • salt
  • parsley

  • oil - 1 cup

How to make

Cut all the vegetables and livers into coarse chunks. Tear the broccoli.
