How to make
Wash the broccoli heads, chop them and saute the rosettes for a few min. in salted water.
Beat 4 eggs with the yoghurt, milk, salt, black pepper. Arrange the sauteed broccoli in an oven-safe glass bowl and pour on the egg mixture. Break the final egg on top in the middle.
Bake in a preheated oven about 30 min. Add the cheeses on top and bake another 10 min. for them to melt and produce a nice crust.
Serve with sour cream.
