Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 16 oz (450 g)
  • tomatoes - 32 oz (900 g)
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • savory
  • marjoram
  • basil

How to make

Clean the mushrooms. Cut the tomatoes into 4. Add salt, sprinkle with savory and put to boil without water on low heat until you get a mushy mixture.

Put this through a sieve. In a pot, pour in the oil, along with the mushrooms and the remaining spices. Boil over low heat until the mushrooms soften and release a sauce.

Add the prepared tomato paste mixture. Serve warm.
