How to make
The meat is cleaned from the skins and excess fat and cut into large bites. Finely chop the pepper into crescents – the carrot – into small circles. Fry the meats gently in oil, add the vegetables, red pepper and sugar.
Pour the wine in, which has to be flavorful, not too bitter and not too sour. I use Cabernet Sauvignon. Add water to cover it. Season with salt, bay leaf, allspice, black pepper.
Wine kebabs with beef simmer about 60 minutes. Serve with white rice or whatever comes into your mind.
