Ingredients

  • curd - 1 tea cup
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup high percentage
  • eggs - 1
  • oil - 1/4 tea cup
  • olives - cut in an amount as desired (which may be optional)
  • green onions - about 1/2 cup chopped (maybe more)
  • water - 1/4 tea cups
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 tea cup
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • soda - 1/2 tsp bread

How to make

Beat the curd in yogurt in which you leave some effervescent soda in advance. Separately, beat egg with oil and add to the milk mixture. Add the water and the well mixed olives.

All other dry ingredients are mixed and added in portions to the liquid. Stir the mixture well and spread it in about 12 greased or covered with paper forms.

Put muffins with cheese to bake a in pre-heated 390°F (200 °C) oven. Baking takes about 25 minutes.
