How to make
When drying mushrooms, it is best to use boletus or champignon mushrooms. Choose only fresh, healthy mushrooms without any rotting parts.
Separate the stalk from the hood of each and rub well with a clean damp sponge. Do not wash the mushrooms you intend to dry! Cut the larger mushrooms into 4 parts, the smaller ones into 2.
Do not cut the smallest ones. String all the mushrooms on a thread carefully and hang them out in the sun. Take care not to let them moisten due to dew or rain. After 3-4 days, put the dried mushrooms inside in a dry and well ventilated area.
Be careful not to break them.
