How to make
Clean, wash and soak the mushrooms in cool water for 1-2 hours. Then, once dry, cut them into small pieces, place in a pot, cover with cold water and cook them over medium heat.
When the water boils, add the chopped vegetables and salt. After the vegetables soften, add the finely chopped, slightly sautéed to a golden color onion and the flour.
After another 10 minutes of cooking, take the soup off the heat.
When serving the soup, serve with a little vinegar or lemon juice.
