  • mushrooms - 22 lb (10 kg).
  • vinegar - 4 1/5 cups (1 l)
  • salt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • garlic

How to make

Clean and wash the fresh mushrooms, cut each stem off 1/2″ (1 cm) from the cap of the mushroom, boil for about 10 minutes.

Arrange in jars, while sprinkling chopped dill and garlic cloves in between them. Leave them as is for 1 day, then top with brine to cover the top layer of the mushrooms.
