Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400g ) champignons
  • cheese - 4 oz (110 g)
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml) cooking
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • parsley - a few sprigs
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Chop the onion and mushrooms into slices. Saute the onion until golden in preheated oil. Dilute the flour with cream, season it with salt and pour it over the mushrooms.

Add black pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture into a small baking pan and sprinkle the top with plenty of cheese.

Add a little paprika and put it to bake for around 10 minutes, at 410°F (210 °C).

Serve with a sprig of parsley.
