Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 1 pc.
  • pickles - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • processed cheese - 5 - 6 triangles
  • yellow cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • liquid cream - 12 fl oz (350 ml)
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt
  • bread - 2 - 3 slices

How to make

The chicken breasts are soaked for about an hour in salted water. Then they are cut into juliennes.

Put the pan on the stove to heat up and spread it with half of the butter. Put the chicken juliennes in the already heated butter. While frying, cut the bacon, mushrooms and pickles into juliennes. Once the meat is fried, the other products, which you had cut are added to it. Everything is mixed well.

Once they are fried, pour the cream and salt into the pan. Stir well, by being careful not to burn the dish. Then cut the triangles of processed cheese into two or three and also add them into the pan. Stir again.

Remove the pan from the heat. Finally, grate the yellow cheese and mix it with the chicken, so that it can melt.

During this time, toast two or three slices of bread. The garlic is pressed into the remaining butter and the warm bread is spread with this mixture. Cut it into triangles.

The chicken julienne is distributed into plates and the bread is arranged around it.

Serve the dish warm with cold white wine.
