Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 20. large
  • feta cheese - 1/2 cup grated cheese, can use normal cheese
  • cheese - 9 oz (250) g
  • bread - 1/2 cup dry crumbs
  • garlic - 2 cloves, pressed
  • mint - 1 tablespoon fresh and chopped
  • parsley - 2 tablespoons fresh and chopped
  • olive oil - 1/3 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Preheat oven to 390°F (200 °C). Mix the cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, mint, parsley, 2 tablespoons olive oil and blend. Season with salt and pepper.

Put it on a large greased, or covered in a baking sheet tray, arrange and fill them with a spoon. Every mushroom is sprinkled with a little olive oil and put the pan in the oven for 25 minutes.
