How to make
Wash the mushrooms very well and cut them into small pieces.
Then add a little more than half of the butter in the pot, in which you're going to cook and stir until it has completely melted.
Add the mushrooms and stew them in the butter until they release their own sauce.
Meanwhile, on another hob, put the rest of the butter in a small pan.
When it melts, add the paprika and while stirring at all times and then remove it from the heat and set it aside.
In the pot with the mushrooms add 3 cups of milk, 2 cups of water and add as much salt as you like (I have also added a pinch of black pepper, but that's optional).
Wait for everything to boil for 10-15 minutes, add the butter with the paprika, stir and remove the pot from the heat.
Be sure to serve the mushroom soup with a little garlic mixed with vinegar and cayenne pepper.
