How to make
Peel the boiled eggs and grate them coarsely in a bowl.
Peel the roasted peppers, cut into small pieces, add to the bowl. Grate the feta cheese on top.
Beat the mayonnaise, yoghurt and pressed garlic to a smooth sauce, pour it over the salad and stir well, sprinkle with fresh or dried dill. Serve with a suitable beverage.
