How to make
Grate the cabbage, white turnip, boiled eggs and parsnips on a coarse grater. The cabbage can also be simply cut into thin strips instead of grated - whichever is easier for you. Add the turkey fillet and cut it into small cubes.
Add salt, mayonnaise, black pepper and mix.
Garnish the finished salad with black olives and fresh tomato and serve it immediately after it is prepared, because the vegetables release water, which will dilute the mayonnaise a little and after a while the salad will not look very good.
It is recommended for quick consumption, especially on summer days, when dishes and salads with mayonnaise do not last more than a day or two.
Extremely healthy and vitamin rich salad thanks to the parsnips and white turnips it contains, of which you can add larger quantities, so that they stand out more.
